In the case of unfair terms in contracts with the bank, the client can address the court, as the lawyer Cristescu Cosmin Savu declared. Banks are usually willing to negotiate with clients, and to accept repayment of loans without receiving a commission. Also, if there are unfair terms in the contract that the bank does not want to eliminate then the client can address to the ANPC who may amend bank, said Cosmin Savu-Cristescu.
